Questions

Asked plainly, answered plainly.

If the answer is not here, the desk will answer in person.

  • Do I need an account to book?

No. A guest books end to end — name, phone, city, and a deposit. An account is offered after the hour is confirmed, never before.

  • How does the deposit work?

The Session and The Rite hold your hour with a 30% deposit. The Reading takes none. The balance is paid at the sitting, in cash or by mobile money.

  • What if I must cancel?

Cancel up to 24 hours before and the deposit returns in full. Inside 24 hours the deposit is kept — the hour was held for you.

  • Is video as strong as being in the room?

Yes. The work is done by name and by method, not by distance. Video sittings run the length of an in-person session.

  • Which payment methods work?

MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, cards through Flutterwave, and cash at the session. Ugandan and diaspora clients pay the same way.

  • Can I pay the full amount instead of a deposit?

Yes. Choose full payment at checkout and nothing further is owed at the sitting.

  • How soon can I be seen?

The calendar shows real slots. Most weeks there is room within four days; urgent matters are placed sooner.

  • What languages are used?

English and Luganda. Choose either on this site — the booking, the messages and the reminders follow your choice.

  • Who reads my messages?

The desk: Jajja Salongo and one assistant. Nothing is shared, sold or published. Stories appear only with written consent.
